Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the community
• Understanding of safety, health, and hygiene practices
• Ability to successfully pass a background screening process
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful demeanor

• Experience working with older adults is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment for residents
• Serve meals to residents in accordance with established procedures
• Deliver meals to residents' tables or rooms as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas
• Support residents with their dining needs, ensuring a respectful and pleasant experience
• Follow safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining operations
