Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett is hiring a Part-Time Dining Services Assistant to join our team. Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy is required.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant or serving experience preferred.
- Food serving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room by wiping down and sanitizing chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
- Label and date all food.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
