About The Position

Dining assistants at Towers play a critical part in feeding the campus community. With thousands of meals served daily, we rely on a team of well-trained employees to foster unique customer interactions. You will have the opportunity to work and learn every area of the operation alongside our team of student trainers and student managers. You will have the opportunity to learn important skills like communication, taking initiative, operational excellence, and self-advocacy that translate into every industry. You will also learn food service operations that will allow you to always have a skill set to support yourself. We also offer a promotion track to provide valuable management experience before you leave college. Ithaca College’s student employment program offers meaningful experiential learning opportunities that develop transferable skills sought by employers across various industries. These positions allow students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world professional settings, fostering both personal and professional growth.
