About The Position
The Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide provides assistance with dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role works to ensure residents receive a high-quality dining experience with every meal, advances the value that the resident comes first, and treats the community as the residents’ home by creating a homelike environment and modeling person-centered care.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
