About The Position
Brookdale West Palm Beach is seeking a passionate and service-driven Dining Services Director to lead their culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for their residents. This role involves menu planning, food preparation, team development, inventory management, scheduling, sanitation oversight, and maintaining quality dining services within budget. The Dining Services Director will create a welcoming dining atmosphere while ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company and nutritional standards. This position partners closely with community leadership and dining team members to deliver excellent hospitality and meaningful resident experiences.
