Requirements

Some High School
Some prior experience in related food service position preferred
Possess a customer service background and orientation

Model exceptional service, have a strong understanding of dining operations, and bring enthusiasm to training and supporting team members while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

Serve meals to residents in their rooms and dining area in friendly and timely manner by following all regulations regarding special diets.
Set up meal trays and dining room as instructed
Distributes and collect menus as necessary
Completes daily cleaning duties as outlined in daily lists to ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the meal service
Restocks food and supplies in preparation of the next meal service
Clear and resets tables.
Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assure that utensils, etc. are readily available for next meal
