About The Position
Summit Place Senior Living, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking Dining Servers for part-time positions. This role offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of seniors by providing excellent dining experiences. The community emphasizes resident and employee wellness, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. They offer flexible scheduling with part-time PM shifts (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM) and weekend shifts, with potential for AM shifts on weekends. Requirements
- Must be able to read and write at a 9th grade level.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Serve meals with a smile on your face and attention to what the residents need and want.
