Dining Server – Senior Living

Lakewood Retirement Community-LifeSpire•Henrico, VA
•$16 - $18•Onsite

About The Position

Join LifeSpire of Virginia as a Dining Server and become an important part of the daily experience for our residents. This isn't a typical restaurant job. You'll serve meals in a welcoming senior living community, get to know the people you serve, and become part of a team that takes pride in creating a warm, respectful dining experience. We're hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, and this can be a great opportunity for students, people looking for a second job, retirees, hospitality professionals, and anyone who enjoys working with people. Our dining team offers a different kind of serving experience where you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents, work in a welcoming community environment, earn a consistent hourly wage without relying on tips, be part of a supportive and collaborative team, gain valuable experience in hospitality, food service, and senior living, and make a meaningful difference in someone's day. At LifeSpire of Virginia, dining is about more than delivering a meal. For our residents, mealtime can be an opportunity to connect with friends, celebrate an occasion, catch up with a familiar team member, or simply enjoy a pleasant experience. You can be part of making that happen every day. Our mission is to empower individuals with choices in purposeful living. Our values—Faith, Servant Leadership, Stewardship, Integrity, Innovation, and Joy—guide the way we work and serve others.
