About The Position

At Bay Vista Commons, the part-time Dining Server will have the pleasure of interacting with our population through serving and assisting in the dining areas. This position offers opportunity for career growth and advancement as you will also train as a cook to support various diets and nutritional needs for those in our care and for those we intend to serve. This position will assist with kitchen care, meal planning and execution of service as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 Years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment
• Ability to understand, implement and follow policies and procedures
• Reliable attendance for scheduled hours
• Willingness to be flexible in covering additional hours
