About The Position

Allegro Hyde Park is seeking warm, dependable Servers to join their dining team. The role involves making mealtime a positive experience for residents, focusing on connection, dignity, and joy. No culinary degree is required, but a genuine love for people, great communication skills, and reliability are essential. The community is a vibrant senior living environment where the dining experience is a daily highlight. Servers will build relationships, brighten days, and make a difference.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room, ensuring chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas are wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.
Other job duties as assigned.
