About The Position

Full-Time Dining Services Server. This role involves maintaining kitchen sanitation, stocking truck deliveries, and handling bussing and washing dishes. Other duties as needed and assigned by the Dining Services Director. Responsibilities include serving residents, refilling beverages, and setting tables. A key responsibility is the sanitation of all kitchen and dining room dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and cookware, meeting all compliance standards for sanitation in the kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and service halls.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret written work orders
• Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques
