About The Position
There are many Dining Server jobs to choose from, but none will give you fulfillment like being a Dining Server? Dazzle residents, family members, and guests with engaging conversation to create an exceptional dining experience! Display a warm, welcoming demeanor while delivering healthy and delicious meals. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant/resort style dining environment. You'll build relationships with residents and enjoy coming to work but you'll also get to enjoy the work-life balance that you won't find working in a restaurant!
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
- Stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
- Lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
- Use proper body mechanics.
