About The Position

Benchmark is seeking a part-time Server to join its dining team. The role focuses on creating a clean and welcoming dining environment and providing friendly, personalized service to residents. The Server takes food and beverage orders, serves meals, helps residents with meal selections and specific needs, and supports dining-room preparation and supply inventory.

Requirements

• Able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations.
• Able to serve food and beverages to residents promptly and efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand in one place for extended periods; the position is primarily standing.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from residents and serve meals promptly, ensuring they are presentable and appetizing.
• Set up and deliver meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Assist residents with meal selection and address specific needs.
• Set up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assist with inventorying supplies.
