About The Position
Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay is seeking a Dining Server for their Assisted Living/Independent Living community. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $18-$20 per hour. Wingate Living is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience, offering a blend of healthcare and hospitality. The Lead Server performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures, under the direction of the Dining Room Manager, to provide quality food service to residents.
Requirements
- Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Responsibilities
- Performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department.
- Ensures all job tasks in serving and cleaning are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures.
- Serves food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
