About The Position

Brandywine Mahwah by Monarch Communities is seeking a Full-Time Dining Server to join their team. This role focuses on creating an exceptional dining experience for residents, family members, and guests through engaging conversation and warm delivery of meals in a fast-paced, resort-style dining environment. The position offers a better work-life balance compared to traditional restaurant jobs and allows for relationship building with residents.

Requirements

High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Competent in organizational, time management skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
Experience working with seniors
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
Ability to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use proper body mechanics for lifting and supporting residents.
