Requirements

• Some high school education preferred
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages with professionalism and warmth
• Ensuring resident satisfaction through timely and attentive service
• Following departmental standards to uphold safety and quality
• Assisting with table setup, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness
• Occasionally delivering meals to resident homes as needed
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams
