About The Position

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is seeking a part-time Dining Server to join their team. The role involves serving residents in various dining activities, ensuring a high-quality experience while prioritizing their health, safety, and well-being. Servers are expected to be passionate about the senior population and dedicated to enriching their lives. The starting wage is $19.75 per hour, with opportunities for increases and growth. This is a non-gratuitous position.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for hospitality and service.
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment.

• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests.
• Reliable.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
