Part-Time Dining Server - Senior Living
About The Position
Alto Clermont is hiring two Part-Time Dining Servers for afternoon and evening meal service in our vibrant senior living community. These are five-hour shifts, completed before 7pm, making them ideal for students, retirees, or anyone seeking meaningful part-time employment that respects their evenings. No certifications are required, only a warm personality and a genuine enjoyment of serving others. Alto Clermont is located in Clermont, a beautiful and rapidly growing community in Central Florida, and it's a place where your warmth and service are truly valued. The short, consistent shifts and supportive team environment make this a rewarding role.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Must be flexible/adaptable.
- Must have safety awareness.
- Must be a team player.
- Must pass a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- Must adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
Nice To Haves
- Food serving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room, including wiping down and sanitizing chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
- Label and date all food.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
