Requirements
- At least 1 year of food service experience
- Team player and can communicate professionally at all times
- Can pass a criminal background check & drug test
- Can reliably commute to this job’s location
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining room for meal service including table setup and sanitation
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate dietary needs when applicable
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming throughout service
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with kitchen cleanup after meals
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
- Provide positive daily interaction and excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Assist residents as needed while promoting dignity and independence
- Report resident concerns or safety issues to management promptly
