About The Position

Alto Clermont is hiring two Part-Time Dining Servers for afternoon and evening meal service in our vibrant senior living community. The shifts are five hours long and are completed before 7pm, making them ideal for students, retirees, or anyone seeking meaningful part-time employment that concludes in the early evening. The primary responsibility of the Server is to ensure residents and guests have a positive dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Must be flexible/adaptable.
• Must have safety awareness.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room by wiping down and sanitizing chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
