About The Position

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers! Highland Springs is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community in North Dallas, Texas. Requirements

• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds
• A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
