About The Position

The Dining Server helps create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere for residents and guests at The Legacy at North Augusta. The role focuses on attentive, accurate meal service, accommodating dietary needs, and maintaining a clean and safe dining area. The server works collaboratively with kitchen staff and teammates to deliver positive, memorable dining experiences in a resident-centered community. Training is provided for the right candidate; previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional service.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests.
• Set tables and keep them clean and organized before and after meals.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Communicate with kitchen staff about orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
