Requirements

Some high school education preferred
Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Reliable attendance and attention to detail
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Serve meals to residents in their rooms and dining areas with warmth, accuracy, and respect for individual dietary needs.
Set up trays and dining areas; distribute and collect menus with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Restock supplies and prepare for each meal service to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience.
Complete daily cleaning tasks, wash dishes, and monitor food and equipment temperatures to keep dining and service areas clean, safe, and inviting.
Deliver food from the Main Kitchen with care, ensuring presentation and quality
Creating a positive and responsive dining experience for residents and guests
Understanding and implementing departmental standards for service and safety
Communicating effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Assisting with dining room setup, cleanliness, and resetting tables between meal services
Maintaining awareness of resident needs and requests
