About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, organized Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and support our wait staff. About Us: Colonial Hill is an independent living retirement community with 63 apartments. We provide a warm, professional dining experience for our residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- No experience required
Responsibilities
- Seat residents/guests and assist with drink orders
- Support wait staff during meal service
- Work with the Dietary Manager to coordinate kitchen and dining room operations
- Assist residents with menus and help tally weekly menus
- Maintain resident meal sheets for billing
- Create staff schedules and help cover shifts when needed
- Handle resident concerns and report issues to the Administrator
- Other duties as assigned
