Dining Room Supervisor
About The Position
The Village at Proprietors Green is a well-established 149-unit Senior Living Community offering a continuum of independent, assisted and memory care apartments in Marshfield, MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of senior services for over 75 years. We offer a comprehensive new hire orientation as well as ongoing training including, but not limited to, dementia, disaster & emergency elder abuse and first-aid. We are looking for an organized, compassionate Leader who is dependable and empathetic and thrives in a warm, community-focused environment. The Dining Room Supervisor role is a part-time position (Monday thru Friday from 3pm to 7pm) for a total of 25/hours per week and reporting to the Director of Dining Room Services.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the food service industry is required.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside DR Management to oversee evening Dining Room operations ensuring meals are served efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
- Demonstrate quality customer service, leadership and supervisory skills while managing the workflow and implementing structure and organization amongst the Servers.
