Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• ServeSafe Certification

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory Experience Preferred
• Experience with with POS Systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed by all staff through training and in-service education
• Daily scheduling of staff
• Maintaining all records as needed by County, State and Federal regulatory agencies
• Rounding during meals service to ensure quality of service and diet compliance is met
• Menu generation, diet changes and menu distribution as needed by department
• Various other duties as assigned
