Servers for evenings and weekends - Senior Living Community. Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in serving seniors
• Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Background screening as mandated by Florida law

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and timely manner
• Assist with setting up dining areas and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Respond to residents' needs and requests with professionalism and compassion
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to maintain a hygienic dining experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal service operations
• Support special events and dietary accommodations as needed
