About The Position
Arbor Day Farm is the 260-acre property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation, where our mission comes to life. As one of the world's largest conservation organizations, the Arbor Day Foundation inspires people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. We help others understand and use trees as a solution to global issues (like air quality, water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger) that are critical to survival. This role is part of a fast-paced work environment where you will be energized by a full restaurant, abuzz with guests, eating, drinking, and loving life. You will serve high-quality food and gain experience in an upscale restaurant environment. You will be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront to ensure a positive experience for guests.
Requirements
- Great customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, love working with people.
- Ability to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Availability for the breakfast shift from 7AM-3PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Food and beverage experience.
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Clear and set tables.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
