About The Position
Westminster Suncoast, a beautiful active living retirement community located in St. Petersburg, is currently seeking a full-time Dining Room Server, 30 hours per week. This role involves providing excellent hospitality to our residents and their guests in a restaurant-like setting. Additional hours are available on weeknights, making this a great opportunity that can work around school schedules or serve as a second job. The rate starts at $15.14/hour. Requirements
- Must comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting.
- Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
- Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
- Serve the resident’s meal according to meal ticket.
- Assist resident with all dining needs while performing table service.
- Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure that all residents being served have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.
