About The Position
The DR Server is responsible for ensuring food is served in a courteous and efficient manner, following proper food handling practices; and sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of cleanliness, ensuring exemplary service, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Proper food handling practices
- Knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items
- Adherence to food and safety standards
- Correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage
- Ability to solicit resident feedback
- Ability to clean and set serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. to specific standards
Responsibilities
- Serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner, providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, dietary restrictions, and available items.
- Strictly adhere to food and safety standards.
- Follow correct serving techniques for all types of food and beverage on the menu.
- Listen to and solicit resident feedback regarding their dining experience.
- Ensure serving areas, dining room, dishes, floors, etc. are cleaned and set to specific standards.
