Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 19 years old in order to meet state requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- A heart for service and a genuine love for people
- Great communication and the hustle to handle a fast-paced day
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Create warm, welcoming experiences during breakfast, lunch, or dinner
- Know residents by name and their “usuals” — build real relationships
- Anticipate needs, serve with a smile, and make every mealtime feel special
- Keep the dining room organized, upbeat, and guest-ready
- Pitch in wherever needed — because teamwork makes it all work
