About The Position
Havenwood of Buffalo is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our Culinary Services team. In this role, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Completion of sophomore year in high school required.
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Experience working with older adults or seniors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the dining room.
- Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Set and prepare dining tables and workstations for service.
- Take meal orders and provide courteous, attentive service.
- Answer resident questions regarding menu selections.
- Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
- Help create a positive, inviting dining experience for residents and guests.
