The Dining Room Server (Host/Hostess) for an Assisted Living Community is responsible for overseeing the meal service to residents, families, and guests. This role ensures quality customer service is provided by designated community staff, including Care Partners, Medications Aides (CMAs, QMAPs), and other assigned staff. The position also ensures prompt service to all residents' tables with professional presentation and maintains cleanliness of meal service areas on a per-shift basis. The Host/Hostess coordinates meal service duties of Care Partners, Medications Aides (CMAs, QMAPs), and/or other staff assigned to work in the community dining room under the leadership of the Culinary Services Director.
