Requirements

• Positive, upbeat personality with excellent customer service skills
• Friendly and professional communication style
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to pass a background check
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests
• Greeting residents with a smile and creating a warm dining atmosphere
• Serving meals accurately and efficiently
• Answering questions about menu items and daily specials
• Building positive relationships with residents and learning their preferences
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Assisting with table setup, clearing, and resetting
• Supporting dishwashing and other dining services tasks as needed
• Working closely with teammates to deliver exceptional hospitality
