Under the general direction of Culinary Director and Dining Room Manager, the primary responsibilities of a Dining Room Server include assisting with the overall functioning of the dietary department. This role ensures the highest quality of customer service for residents, including setting up dining room tables, serving meals, and cleaning various areas. The server also assists with food preparation, transporting trash and linen, and supporting special events and catering functions. Weekend availability may be required.
