About The Position
The Server @ The Cardinal at North Hills enhances the quality of life for residents by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our community. This role combines a passion for hospitality with outstanding customer service to ensure residents and guests enjoy memorable, personalized service at every meal. Schedules: Part Time| 3:30pm - 9:30pm weekends required
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- High school graduate preferred
- Some serving experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Food Handler’s certification as preferred (will help obtain)
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
- Perform other related duties as required
