About The Position

Join our vibrant Plaza community as a Dining Room Server! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to create wonderful dining experiences for our residents and guests. At The Plaza, you will work alongside a supportive team in a positive environment where your daily efforts genuinely improve the lives of our residents. We value your growth and set you up for success with paid, hands-on training – no prior experience required.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills (no prior experience needed – we provide full on-the-job training!).
• Flexible schedule required, including availability for weekends and holidays as shifts vary.
• A dependable work ethic and a genuine desire to work closely with a supportive team and community.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals promptly and courteously, assisting residents with menu selections and addressing any requests.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and floors after every meal service.
• Collaborate with coworkers to promote a positive, resilient, and smooth-running kitchen and dining room.
