We are seeking friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers (Waitstaff) to join our team full-time! In this role, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and homelike dining experience for our residents while supporting daily kitchen and dining operations. Requirements

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary work areas
• Deliver meals to residents as needed
• Support basic food preparation and meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
