About The Position
The Dining Room Runner is responsible for assisting with the flow of service in the restaurant. This includes carrying bus tubs, sweeping floors, preparing requisitions for kitchen stock, and maintaining and replenishing supplies for bus persons.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Responsibilities
- Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight).
- Sweep floors.
- Push cart through restaurant.
- Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock.
- Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments.
