RUSTY BUCKET RESTAURANT AND TAVERN is seeking a DINING ROOM MANAGER to join our Columbus team! Our mission is to make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities in which we do business. The Dining Room Manager assists the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operation in accordance with the philosophy, culture, guidelines, and objectives. This role maintains high quality standards in regards to food production and presentation, sanitation and safety, and levels of service. The Dining Room Manager oversees the evaluation and assignment of work and recommends personnel actions consistent with associate performance.
