Requirements

GED or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated skill and strong motivation.
Experience in fine dining.
Knowledge of allergens and dietary needs is helpful.
Firm grasp of fine dining service protocols, food and drink combinations, and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Ability to manage dining and beverage tools skillfully.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain discretion with confidential guest information.
Ability to work well within a group setting.
Ability to adjust quickly in a busy hospitality atmosphere.
