About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dining Room Attendant to join our restaurant team. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room environment for our guests.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification as a pre-requisite to being extended a job offer and maintain valid certifications throughout the course of employment.
Must successfully complete Title 31 training within the first 90 days of employment.
Must be able to obtain and retain a valid Gaming License from Augustine Gaming Commission.
Excellent customer service skills is required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English communication skills required to interact with guests, team members, and vendors.
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
This position may require overtime.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience working as a beverage server or food server in a high-volume restaurant, bar or casino is preferred.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Greets guests as they enter the dining room and assists with escorting them to their tables.
Assists with seating arrangements and special requests.
Able to meet operating policies and procedures along with following all Health Department and FDA standards and regulations.
Clears and resets tables in a timely manner.
Refills beverages and assists servers with food delivery.
Monitors and restocks supplies in the dining room, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.
Maintains a clean and sanitary dining room environment, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables and chairs.
Works in the back-of-house separating dishware.
Keeps server side stations, expo kitchen line, the dessert station and toaster station, including equipment, floors and drains clean.
Responsible for using proper safety procedures when cleaning equipment and using chemicals.
Handles all china, glass, and silver with care to eliminate breakage.
Stays in communication with management regarding concerns, issues or questions.
Interact with all people in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Assists with any other duties as assigned by management.
