About The Position
A Dining Room Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience through fast, friendly, and attentive service. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining environment while staying knowledgeable about menu items, prices, recipes, and proper food preparation standards. Attendants must follow food safety guidelines, uphold company policies and core values, act as positive role models, and consistently arrive prepared for their shifts. They also engage with guests in meaningful ways to build rapport and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- General kitchen knowledge
- Obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment
