About The Position

We are looking for a charismatic and engaging Dining Room Attendants to join our team. As an attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive impression and ensuring a seamless dining or entertainment experience. Your warm and friendly demeanor will set the tone for our guests' visit and play a vital role in their overall satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and waitlists effectively.
Ability to remain calm and composed during busy or challenging situations.
Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and menus (training will be provided).
Customer service experience is a plus.
Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile as they enter our establishment.
Escort them to their tables or designated areas, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage reservations efficiently, confirming bookings, and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Organize seating arrangements to maximize the use of available space and maintain an efficient flow of guests.
Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, providing them with information about the menu, daily specials, and any relevant promotions or events.
Keep track of waiting guests, provide estimated wait times, and offer a waiting area if needed.
Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
Ensure the host/hostess stand and waiting areas are clean and organized at all times.
