About The Position
To assist servers in any way possible to ensure proper, prompt and courteous service to all guests. This role involves setting up stations, stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-arranged. The attendant will also assist servers during meal periods by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and running food to guests.
Requirements
- Must have a current Servsafe Certification and RAMP Certification upon hire
Responsibilities
- Station set-up
- Stock needed supplies in side stands (linen, dishware, silverware, glassware)
- Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee
- Set-up tea station
- Refill/collect ice supply
- Dust all tables to include table legs
- Put milk in refrigerator and set-up creamers
- Set tables with clean, pressed linen, dishes, silver and glassware
- Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications
- Assist servers during meal period, bus dirty tables clearing dirty settings
- Remove any extra settings
- Pour water and coffee as needed
- Polish silver to be placed in side stations
- Assist servers with running food to guests in a timely manner
