About The Position

Frasier is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to create memorable dining experiences by leading a hospitality-focused team, ensuring excellent service, high-quality meals, and meaningful connections with residents every day. This role involves owning the dining experience, being a foodservice operations professional, leading and growing the team, ensuring excellence in sanitation and safety, and partnering across the community for events.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in dining, hospitality, senior living, or fine dining
  • Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP, and therapeutic diets
  • Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and maintain quality standards
  • Computer competency

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or dining management experience
  • ServSafe Manager certification & CDM/CFPP

Responsibilities

  • Own the Dining Experience: Lead front-of-house dining with warmth, hospitality, and consistent service excellence. Build meaningful connections with residents to ensure their dining experience feels personal, attentive, and welcoming. Maintain high standards for food quality, temperature, presentation, and accuracy.
  • Be the Foodservice Operations Pro: Create and maintain menus that meet nutritional needs and honor resident preferences. Use standardized recipes to ensure consistency, safety, and cost control. Oversee food production, waste control, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Support continuous quality improvement (including QAPI) and monitor performance indicators.
  • Lead & Grow Your Team: Determine staffing needs and define clear roles and responsibilities. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new dining team members. Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success. Build and maintain staff schedules and work assignments. Communicate expectations clearly and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
  • Ensure Excellence in Sanitation & Safety: Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and infection control standards. Train staff on safe food handling, equipment operation, and cleaning procedures. Oversee purchasing, receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies. Apply HACCP principles to monitor risks and maintain safe operations. Maintain facility and equipment using checklists and regular maintenance protocols.
  • Partner Across the Community: Partner with departments to plan, coordinate, and execute catered events. Support event setup, décor, menu planning, and team task coordination.
