About The Position

As a Host at Punch Bowl Social, you are the vibe-setter, the first face guests see and the last one they remember. Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, answering phones, taking take-out orders, and keeping the lobby clean and guest-ready. You will also team up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality
