About The Position
As a Host at Punch Bowl Social, you are the vibe-setter, the first face guests see and the last one they remember. Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. You should value guest experiences, have a positive attitude, be comfortable talking with strangers, and understand the importance of teamwork. Some experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal, but not required.

- Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in
- Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly
- Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
- Answering phones and taking take-out orders
- Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready
- Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality
