Dining Facility Manager
About The Position
ZTV-ECI is currently hiring a Dining Facility “DFAC” Manager for our location at Hunter Army Base in Savannnah, GA. Duties of Position Oversee Cooks are following cleaning and sanitation duties as set out by the Army. Oversee the proper use of Recipe Cards and Production Records Ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards. Job duties may include hands on for any position if shorthanded or upon need which may include cooking, cleaning, etc.... Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Your schedule will be: 9:30am to 7:30pm - Tuesday through Friday 7am to 1pm - Sat
Requirements
- 5 years or more of combined Food Service Management Experience
- 3 years management of Cafeteria or multi-Entree operations serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Ability to use MS Word, Excell and Outlook
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong Personnel Management Background demonstrated by experience
- Must be able to pass additional military background to secure a CAC “Common Access Card” to access food service documents.
- Must be a US Citizen / Authorized to work / and able to pass background check.
- Have a Real ID Driver's License.
- SERV Safe Managers Certification is required.
