ZTV-ECI is currently hiring a Dining Facility “DFAC” Manager for our location at Hunter Army Base in Savannnah, GA. Duties of Position Oversee Cooks are following cleaning and sanitation duties as set out by the Army. Oversee the proper use of Recipe Cards and Production Records Ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards. Job duties may include hands on for any position if shorthanded or upon need which may include cooking, cleaning, etc.... Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Your schedule will be: 9:30am to 7:30pm - Tuesday through Friday 7am to 1pm - Sat
