DINER KITCHEN WORKER - CB - FULL-TIME - DAY SHIFT
About The Position
Performs any combination of duties including sweeping, cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, and deep cleaning all kitchen areas and industrial equipment such as hoods, grills, stoves, countertops, drains, and floors. This role also involves emptying trash. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proper cleaning, organizing, and maintaining of all food and beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots/pans, and storage areas to ensure they are ready for use. The position requires working directly with the Steward and Executive Steward to achieve daily workload goals, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning floor mats and drains, emptying trash, and cleaning/transporting Food and Beverage equipment. Other job-related duties as assigned by management are also part of this role.

Responsibilities

- Empty trash.
- Responsible for the proper cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all food and beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots/pans, and storage areas in a manner that it is ready for use.
- Work directly with Steward and Executive Steward in accomplishing daily workload goals.
- Sweep and mop floors, cleans floor mats and drains.
- Clean and transport Food and Beverage equipment to requested locations.
- Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
